Construction in Egeria

Greetings,

I'd like to discuss a number of things. First off, to Taven, we have
decided to revoke permission to build for a number of reasons. The
arboreal guild is not comfortable with the location, for one. There seem
to be some people bent on slaughtering you and your workers, and we
don't think the house is worth bloodshed within our territory. From now
on, anyone wishing to build in a Khandavan controlled area will need to
submit a complete blueprint and landscaping plan. It will be subject to
Caliphate approval. We will be glad to recompensate you for all the
resources and time you have spent, as we did, indeed, give you
permission to begin with. Contact us to let us know how much we owe you.

Secondly, I have discovered that there was apparently some confusion as
to jurisdiction. Let me state clearly for anyone who might have heard
incorrectly. Egeria is under Khandava's protection. Not Celidon's. We
are perfectly capable of defending our own areas. If we need help, we
will ask.

Khandavan Minister of Conservation,
Shadow Hunter Kellin Iolar
