Kinsarmarian Law

Aetherius,

Kinsarmar has new laws concerning pets within its walls. You may view
the specifics within the Canon. Any pets left in public outside of the
Park of the Ages within the walls of Kinsarmar will result in a fine,
and possible enemy status upon repeated infraction. There is a two month
leeway time before it goes into effect to accomodate to this change in
laws and give people a chance to move their animals.
