I speak on behalf of the people of Aherindale that horse thieves will
not be tolerated. Those found in possession of an Aherindale mount (save
for citizens of Ithaqua and Aherindale) whether by befriend, lasso,
undead possession or any other control will be dealt with swiftly, and
the mount reclaimed. To acquire a mount from the towne of Aherindale,
you will need to speak with myself or the governess, and you will be
sold one with appropriate payment. Sales are subject to the discretion
of the citizen, and you will
notify them if you transfer the mount to anyone in order to prevent
difficulties.
