My point exactly

"Coming to kill Mclaren, we were very much aware that she was with you
and that you would intervene, which you did. Those that also intervene
in my fights also become my enemies. How difficult is this to
understand? You made the choice to participate."

This is exactly my point. You care not who you kill in your bloodlust.
If you have a perceived enemy, you would gladly massacre a towne to get
to them, because spilling blood is all that concerns you. Notice in your
post, nowhere did you explain why you thought it was necessary to gather
up a goon squad and head into Nocteil to kill one magicker. I believe
the answer is: because she was defending her city from attack. I would
not hold that against anyone, even a Stavennite. To defend one's home is
natural, and in the case of a lorekeeper, required. It is precisely
because of people like you that some outside of Antioch take a dim view
of the desert city. Not all who hate magick seek to randomly murder
magickers wherever they be found with minimal reasoning. And you can
threaten and try to come after me all you want. Indeed, you have allies
in that quest. Dregaur, Katsuma, Sethren, and other assorted Stavennites
would be glad to assist you. Perhaps you belong with them.

Sincerely,
Shadow Hunter Kellin Iolar, Paladin of Vahin
