By order of Caliphate, the Redwood Council of Khandava has decreed
forthwith that citizens of Imperial Stavenn and members of its guilds
are no longer welcome in the Redwood Provinces. The Council proper, and
associated townes all fall under our jurisdiction, and those who
trespass against this law will be warned and asked to leave. Repeat
offenders will be enemied.

The recent actions taken by the Empire of Stavenn and the Five Towers of
Kinsarmar are anathema to the beliefs of Khandava. The Council of
Khandava finds that the dark arts of demon worship and necromancy are
both counter to Nature and a perversion of the life cycle of this realm.
We urge the Five Towers of Kinsarmar to desist in their alliance with
Imperial Stavenn.
