for the past 100 years, decides to include Stavenn in his 'furry armies'
and whatever alliance he's got going on with some woman in Khandava..
the Empire refuses to acknowledge him as part of this city and will not
offer aide to his mad-scientist studies.

your actions are not to benefit the Empire, only the twisted little
fantasies of your own. The Empire claims no responsibility nor will we

Until you remove the title of being a Stavennite, or at least stop
