The Wytchen are neutral.
The Wytchen discount reports of Stavennite occupation.
The Guildmaster of the Wytchen would not aid his nephew if Dregaur and
Adonis killed him.
The Guildmaster of the Wytchen has friends in each organization,
including Ithaqua and Antioch.
The Wytchen fail to recognize the abuses of their law as reported by
them. Rather, they always default to believing the Wychen charged with
abuses.
