I seek the ears of the leadership of Kinsarmar.

If you have not heard already, Mathiu Kith'Vahni spoke with me about a
possible end to the conflict between Kinsarmar and Ithaqua. I completely
respect his decision to do so, considering the lives of his people are
at stake, so I will offer what Ithaqua seeks to end it.

Mathiu and I have discussed this already, but I will reiterate what has
been discussed to inform the ignorant. Ithaqua's first request is that
Kinsarmar bars entrance to rogues from Ithaqua guilds. Our crafts are
our own, and will not be approved in the hands of outsiders. We've
already asked Hypon to pursue a path aside from the Idrasi, and I am
glad he has done so. This does not take back what he has done to the
Idras, but it does quiet Ithaquan ire.

You might also know that Ithaqua has little interest in what goes on in
your city unless it affects the Pines. Considering this and the fact
that raids are what drew the entirety of my council into conflict,
however successful or unsuccessful they were, we seek reparations. We
ask the small fee of 500,000 gold sovereigns.

Our final request is being seen to by Mathiu. He is paying for the
losses of the Iscariot family when the Iscariot estate was demolished.
This property was very dear to one of the Ithaquan Hierophants, Lilith
Iscariot, and I'm glad she'll have something to replace it.

Bear in mind, these are no terms of surrender. These are terms of peace.
Seeking peace is now in Kinsarmar's hands. Ithaqua will only offer these
terms for 3 months. Until some sort of resolution is reached, Kinsarmar
will feel the Wrath of Ithaqua.
