Perhaps it should not need to be said, but I will say it anyway just in
the interest of avoiding misunderstandings. During a war, guest status
is revoked for members of the opposing nation. If you enter our city,
even when you are not an enemy of the city, you will be considered a
potential threat and treated accordingly. As I said, perhaps this will
be considered obvious, but I do not wish to hear cries that we do not
follow our own laws. Just that those laws will not protect our enemies
during this conflict.

Please note that this currently applies only to members of the Ithaquan
Council. Antiochans who come in peace remain welcome within our walls.
