War and Townes

I am publically making it known that Kinsarmar will not invade the
townes under Ithaqua's control at present, as we do not feel subjecting
the villagers to panic and chaos stemming from Ithaqua's mis-guided
actions is fair, or civilized. Ithaqua Council itself is not included,
nor is the forest. Any Ithaquan, Warden, or Idra seen in townes
protected by Kinsarmar will be slain on sight, regardless of purpose. We
will protect and defend our own.
