Martial Law within Kinsarmar

Hail, Aetherius

This post is to inform you of Martial Law being declared within
Kinsarmar and the territory it governs. Within this time, the Canon is
suspended, and thusly those who we are at war with, namely the Ithaquans
and their allies, will be barred entry from the city and its
territories. We shall have this resolved shortly, but during the
meanwhile, I will be taking command of the city, as Minister of War.
Please re-direct all questions to me for right now.
