This is a public warning to all non-citizens of Antioch:

Your pets must be attended at all times. Unattended pets will
may well be slain. The city has a kennel and stable. If you must
leave your pets within Antioch, use those facilities. Leaving
your pet unattended within the city may result in the death
of that animal.

Leniency will not be given to young mortals or novices. As
the public has been informed, I now place responsibility
of informing novices upon the individual guilds and cities.
