Commodities in Antiochan Townes are the property of Antioch itself.
Those who are not of Antiochan citizenship caught running caravans from
Antiochan towns to their home cities will be enemied on the spot.

These townes include - Anhir, El'Jazira, Tylaran, Whistlerock, and
Arkaskarr.
