By this announcement, let it be known that while in Celidon's walls,
including Before the crest, all Khandavan citizens or members of the
Arboreal guild are officially protected within Celidon's walls, and as
such, any attacks on members of either organization will be treated as
an attack on a citizen of Celidon herself. Please note that Celidon's
protection also still extends to those of the Hunters guild, and shop
keepers, etc. As always, you may inquire for more details. Thank you.
