Aetherius,

After much deliberation, I have decided that Kinsarmar will be taking a
neutral stance in this war between the Idras and Saboteurs for the time
being. That said, the combatants of Kinsarmar will not be interfering in
the war aside from dealing with personal matters. If either an Idra or a
Saboteur is foolhardy enough to evoke a personal reason for incurring
the wrath of one of my citizens, that is that individual's own fault and
I have no pity for fools who bring other enemies upon them during a war
nor shall they be shown any special treatment.

Chief among such would-be fools is the Idra Sarophyte, who has taken it
upon himself to kill my citizens seemingly at random and to go as far as
to attempt to defile a shrine of our city's patron. His actions have
communicated quite clearly to myself and my city that he wishes others
to be involved in his affairs and he shall have such involvement. As of
this moment there is a 5 credit bounty on his head, payable to the first
being that embraces pure magick to bring me his festering skull.
Additionally, he is exempt from any protections the war might bring due
to his actions and I will disregard any complaints concerning his death
at the hands of my own in relation to this war.

That particular stain on the Idras' reputation is also to be my personal
prey until I exact my own vengeance upon him for his actions.
