The following is to inform those who have chosen to dwell within cities
and befriend Civilization that from this point out, any who fit the
standards listed above are hereby banned from hunting within the Celidon
aqueducts. Any found invading said premises will be punished under
Celidon law as the government of Celidon sees fit. This includes but is
not limited to citizens of Antioch, Kinsarmar, and Stavenn. Please note
that those in the company of any who have rejected Civilization will not
be held to this until the time that they are without said presence. Any
