Your threat

Written by: Warlord Juganothion Gazali, the Arm of Death
Date: Friday, August 11th, 2006
Addressed to: Duke Mathiu Kith'Vahni, the Spring Zephyr

Hail Aetherius,

The Stavennite Empire laughs at the threat brought to us by the Duke of
Kinsarmar. We will take what we want, from whom we want, when we deem it
appropiate for the Empire. Your compliance isn't required.

That goes for all of Aetherius. No longer will the Stavennite Empire
participate in world battles that do not directly endanger the Empire.
No help will be offered, nor will any requests for help be listened to.

Some will say they do not need the help of those who would use Demons to
further their goals, to this we reply, works for us. Any non-Stavenn
citizen seen entering a towne of Stavenn, or the capital city itself,
will be detained, questioned, and most likely put into the gallows.

If one seeks to enter the Empire for any reason, you must have an
Imperial escort, which can be any Imperial citizen.

If you are caught inside the city or a towne after your interrogation,
without an escort, you will be promptly enemied and slain.

- Warlord Juganothion Gazali, the Arm of Death.

Penned by my hand on the 5th of Vita, in the year 499 AD.
