I don't often find the need to post to Aetherius, though it seems some
people would like an explaination. I have absolutely no issue with that.
The Hunters have let go quite a few of our members. Those who have
served as Guildmaster and whatever other position you want to mention.
It's true. However, the Hunters need fresh air. The Hunters need to be
free of restraints, such as those former leaders who wish to see the
same thing in Celidon happen to us.
I let go those who live in the past. Those who feel the only aspect of
Nature is Lady Asaka, and feel that happy people is more important than
people with a purpose. The Hunters have needed the ability to grow, and
those from the past simply can't stand seeing any sort of change. The
three Celidon Advisors formerly of the Guild have been let go. These are
people who were holding the guild back. They've been given free reign to
live their lives unharmed by Hunters, simply because they still uphold
the ways of one of us. Even if it is one of the past.
However, times change. They changed years ago, and the Hunters have been
dragging behind. We will always be loyal to Celidon, however we will not
allow Celidon to walk on us anymore. When the ruling council feels they
are able to speak to me, I am willing to discuss this. Celidon doesn't
care about the Hunters. Celidon feels that a guild loyal to them has no
say or no voice in their council. I say this because these Advisors
don't act for the Council AND Guild, but for themselves, their attempts
at politics, and to appease the many minds that seek Celidon for, as
said to me, 'a peaceful retreat from everything.'
The Hunters do not seek early retirement. We are part of the wilds, and
we fear no obstacle that may hinder our way. This is why these people
were let go. To purge the guild of the past. Get over the past, get over
how great you think the Hunters were almost a hundred years ago. I, and
our Secretaries, are bringing change. We are freeing the guild of
stagnacy that an Advisor told me is 'liked', and letting ourselves be
what we are.
We do not need the womanly gossip and garbage that comes from those
still stuck in the past. We do not need the past of the guild weighing
it down to remain the same as it always has been. To every cause is a
reaction. The Hunters have been forced to not react for too long. We are
adapting to survive, and you were not given the chance to drag us back
again.
That's all I really have to say, and that addresses most of you who have
been nagging me about it. Simply put, Celidon, the guild will cause no
harm to you. Hunters who wish to live in Celidon may stay and join as
they please. The guild will come to your aide when it is needed. This is
on our terms, though, no longer forced to be loyal pups. We serve the
same purpose, however, the Hunters will simply do it in a way that is
good for us, not for you.
If you would like a meeting to discuss this or anything else, surely
contact me. This being a leadership meeting, not to hear you whine about
why you were removed. I have nothing to discuss with you other than the
terms between the Hunters and Celidon. If anyone is doing the isolating,
it is Celidon, which has overlooked the fact that the Hunters will
always be loyal to it.
