Stavennites were already not allowed past the crossroads of your city on
pain of death, and were legally allowed to be attacked even if they went
only as far as the crossroads. Meanwhile, your citizens as of not too
long ago at least would be getting drunk with Antiochan missionaries. If
you think there was anyone from Stavenn who actually spent time in your
city and cares about your latest strutting about you are sorely
mistaken.

A word of advice, before trying to make threats and hint at
negotiations, you must first organize your own people well enough that
outsiders can't get a plethora of defectors to get us what you can do,
and not try to run every other warrior out of Kinsarmar so that you can
feel like a big man. Believe it or not, these two things go hand in
hand. You as a leader have even less credibility than Juganothion in my
eyes, even though I don't consider demons to be truly sentient.
