My careless remarks

Imperator,
Being as I currently lack the means to utilize the city newsboard, I
must make my words public. I made some very hasty, impatient remarks to
the Empire. These words were spoken in heat and in haste, and deserved
not to be uttered. I formally apologize for making those statements, and
humbly request your forgiveness that we may put this incident in the
past, and return matters to the form they were.
