Sandrat,

The desert is not yours. It is Nature's own, and the Wilds will decide
who may and who may not visit through its sacred grains. Those same
grains of sand ran red with the blood of Antiochian aggressors seeking
to take what is not theirs this month. Until such a time that you
retract your statement and realize that the desert and its surrounding
areas are not Antioch's to do with as it wishes, your citizens and
guards will be slain. If there comes such a point in time that you
realize you have acted rather foolishly, and publically state that
desert's wilderness is not a pawn of Antiochs, then the slaughter will
stop. Ask any of your citizens who assaulted our group of wilderness
defenders if they enjoyed the experience if you doubt my claim.

Try not to spend too long counting the grains of sand as they slip away,
sandrat. Your time will run out sooner than you think.
