To whom it may concern,

For the time being, I am ceasing attacking Antioch or its citizens,
either by myself, or assisting the group known as The Maelstrom. While I
fully support the effort to reduce the city of Antioch back into the
Pre-Awakening age brick by brick, I feel they have been battered enough,
and the time is ripe to cease physical attacks against the city and
focus on diplomacy.

My sincere advice to the members of The Maelstrom is to stop requiring
that Antioch removes the law that caused this conflict off the books. My
advice to Antioch is to think long and hard about the show of force they
recently witnessed while deciding whether they want to actively enforce
said law. Keeping it as a formal law which is not actively enforced will
allow everyone to leave this situation with their honor intact and
having accomplished what they set out to do. Continuing to pound Antioch
militarily, on the other hand, will only exasperate an already overly
charged situation.

I step away from this fight because I believe it is political
inexpedient for the military campaign against Antioch to continue. As
such, I will no longer attack any citizens of Antioch that I do not have
a personal conflict with. Naturally, any citizen of Antioch who proceeds
to attack me will be made an exception.
