Dear Xanthus, it was not Skye who sent an envoy for the alliance and it
amuses me that you would assume that a newly elected Emeris would be
responsible for actions that occured prior to her election. It was I who
offered you the opportunity to open talks over your misgivings with our
council and to close the gap that separates us.

You moan and groan about us harboring your enemies and attacking your
citizens when your lot has done just the same. I'm sorry that the city
of Kinsarmar is unable to see past petty disagreements and seek
friendship with its sister organizations with our magicker populations.
If in the future you wish to approach me and speak of adult matters,
