Khandava-Antioch Conflict

Although Kinsarmar will take no direct part in this war between our ally
and the people of the desert, as part of our alliance with Khandava,
Kinsarmar will kill and enemy any Antiochan who attempts to enter
Kinsarmar. The same applies to anyone who gives aid to Antioch during
the fighting. This policy will last for the duration of the conflict
between Khandava and Antioch, and no warnings will be given. There are
no exceptions to this rule whatsoever.
