If any organization gives aid to Antioch in this conflict, we will join
our ally Khandava in war. Already we have received reports of Ithaquans
giving aid to Antioch. The Duchy will retaliate in kind for each such
transgression. If it continues, we will consider Ithaqua to have allied
with Antioch and we will act appropriately. This is the one and only
warning Kinsarmar will give before we formally join in the war on
Antioch.

I counsel all parties to take steps to prevent world war.
