The Hilarity

Dearest Aakrin,

It is amusing to see who really does run that Council of yours. I did
not read your response in its entirety, but I do have a few things to
say.

My post was directed at the business minded citizens of your Council,
there was no need for you to respond with something so redundant and
quite honestly, laughable.

He of the 'mind command kick guard' fame (I am referencing your Council
here) sees fit to call us dishonorable because we raid when your
cross-circle citizens are not around to deter us. I am sorry to inform
you that you are not the only ones capable of not playing by the rules.
Rest assured however, we have no intentions of sinking to your level.

Your 'success' in this war has been limited to what exactly? Using
cataclysm on citizens from the safety of your Council, or is it using
grove portals to hit and run at unsuspecting citizens? No, it has to be
all of our guards that you've managed to slay. Wait, no, that's not it.

One by one, your fighters abandon you. You may think you have nothing
left to lose, but I can assure you that you are wrong. We are all very
interested in bringing an end to this war, but I think it requires that
you stop smoking all of Aetherius' weed before this can be achieved.

With all the tenderness that the desert offers,
Silken Pae'ganis.

Penned by my hand on the 4th of Bellum, in the year 519 AD.

Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
