With the bold action by Celidon council to remove the troublesome
influences from their midst, Ithaqua offers Celidon a two month period
of peace as a measure of good will. We are open to reasonable
negotiations that include both Ithaqua and Antioch. I am sure that
between all three organizations, we can come up to some sort of
acceptable compromise.

An attack by Celidon or Celidonians upon either Ithaqua or Antioch
during this time will nullify this peace and bring the full brunt of the
forces under our control upon you again.
