I address you through the news following the recent events in your
council. At the time, Kinsarmar offered alliance to Celidon on account
of the bold steps taken to remove dangerous elements from your midst.
That offer was ignored and worshippers of Death were welcomed back into
your council.

Kinsarmar will no longer sit by while Celidon cultivates itself into a
council of demoncraft and necromancy. With all the gentleness of a
potential ally in the arcane arts, Kinsarmar now requests that you
outlaw the worship of Thanatos in your council, drive out those who
insist on continuing to worship this patron of demoncraft, and turn to
the power of true magick.

If this step is taken, Kinsarmar will open diplomatic relations with
your council and attempt to forge an alliance with our neighbors in the
forest. If this step is not taken within the month, we will graciously
assist you in this matter.
