Stupid Actions

Greetings,
You're right, I did welcome you into our home with the hope of mending
fences. You were concerned of our mages and yours getting along. I told
you I would speak with Doxedon about it. You said that was acceptable.
And then Keijima killed a citizen who had done nothing at all to you or
yours, and when I told you we'd not let him continue to kill randomly
you elected to...declare war.

You have this big huge list of reasons. Something about fighting with
anti-magickers. Something your city currently has more of then our
council. And then....telling you how to use your skills? We did no such
thing. Unless you refer to my inquiry on your using cataclysm from
within your city walls for personal reasons. Which I was told is against
your rules, by a citizen of yours. So if I was wrong on that, then you
need to correct your own citizenry.

And what was the other reason, shrines of the Death God? Obviously your
way behind the times if you didn't catch that I was thrown from his
Order. Or that we openly posted our change in stances about all gods.
And shrines. I see not why you desire war. Your problem is what, that we
want to make a trade treaty using your mage's price list? Something I've
tried several times to get working? Or what, that I informed you we'd
defend our citizenry from a single person from your city randomly and
for no good reason attacking them?

You'll have to excuse me if I don't see any reason for this war to take
place. We'll defend ourselves against you if its required. But this war
isn't required. There is absolutely nothing that can be attained by
either side. Every reason you used, was either taken care of years ago,
or is openly on the table as a request from me. I fail to see what this
war will bring anyone. All you will be doing if you wish to wage war, is
force Celidon to defend itself while Kinsarmar pushes Death upon the
land.

We will defend ourselves, but there is nothing to be gained by either
side in this.

2021 and Beyond

Hello Imperian! Another year passes! A few months from now will mark my second year on Aetherius. Time sure flies! However, the vast majority of this wouldn’t happen without our wonderful team of volunteers. Kiandre and Valethar have been with me since last year, and are instrumental with the work they have done for the…

Onward to 2021

Hi folks! This year has been a challenge on many of us, and I can only hope the next year goes by more smoothly. Having said that, we have reached the end of 2020, woo! This was my first not-quite-a-year on Imperian, and it has been a whole learning experience. It has been a bit…
