Mathiu, how dare you challenge the belief of so many? They feel strongly of "Death" and must live among the living to show their belief. Not only that, they need to rip the souls from the dead and bring them back into a decaying body, depriving Death and Dis of another soul.

I have noticed on occassion that there is a place where the news of the
planes alive with mortals can be freely read in Dis. Not only can one
answer from there, but you can live a life without the need of a body,
to need no food and water or witness the constant struggle of the mortal
coil.

Many souls have found permanent residence within the plane. If you truly
valued what you believed in, would you not put your entire faith behind
an endeavour where you can guarantee the permanent residence of those
who had similar strong feelings?

Thanatosians, lead by example and live your "life" within Dis. Encourage
your friends and fellow citizens the truth of your ways, so that you all
may find reprieve.
