To whomever it may concern,

Its come to my attention that this so-called "center of learning,"
is really just a staging place for attacks upon the Shaahri by druids.
Naturally, the Holy City cannot ignore such an act of aggression, no
matter how subtle it is.

As such, I leave only two options available for this University. Find
ways to enforce your advocated peacekeeping, or find yourself being
ravaged by endless attacks, and all inhabitants within struck down
without mercy.

I see no reason to offer kinder diplomacy to an organization that
encourages magick, but I will be generous, and allow you two months to
respond. The Legion awaits your reply with anticipation.
