Be it known:

That any gaining for themselves the dubious 'honor' of assisting
Dragons, that magick-loving sect ably represented today by the likes of
Sani, which gave caretook Gelf, Whyte, and Hursh, and whelped in recent
times such birthings as Alitis and Genjuro through influence if not
direct name, will never be allowed to walk the halls of Manoa in peace.

There is a single exception, as that one learned of this new state of
things at great risk to themselves, but in the doing gained this
supposed 'honor'.

Any found to carry this condemnation will be enemied to Manoa, and only
able to feel its good graces once more when the 'honor' is removed.
