Hail Aetherius,

Today I am writing to inform you that as of this moment, I am declaring
martial law within the city of Kinsarmar. You may be wondering why I am
posting this publicly, but as I'm sure you'll find out, there are quite
a number of citizenless people now gracing the world.

I have long tried to bring about change to my great city, but I have
been fought tooth and nail the entire way. After much consideration
about where we are and where we can go, I came to a hard decision. I
have decided to remove all of the current citizens of Kinsarmar.

You may see this as being extreme, and let me assure you, it is very
extreme. The problems that plague our city are numerous and entrenched,
and it requires extreme measures to rectify. Within a few months time,
citizens will have the opportunity to seek readmission into the city,
but they will find themselves reciting a new oath to the Duchy. They
shall also be witnessing a few political changes to help guide our new
government.

These first few months will be very trying, but we are a strong people
and we will begin anew with a strength unmatched in the rest of the
world. Our ethos will change, and our purpose will change. Those who do
not accept our new way of life, will not be recitizened.

The government of the Duchy of the Five Towers seeks an allowance of a
short amount of time so that we may reorient ourselves, before stepping
out again on the world stage.
