Hail, citizens of Aetherius.

If you're reading this post, you undoubtedly have read the previous one.
This posting shall serve as a quick rundown of what the declaration of
martial law in Kinsarmar entails for you.

All houses and shops will be locked. Requests for admittance will be
dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will require escorts. To file a
request, please contact one us directly or via message. Owners of houses
and shops will be able to reclaim them upon their return to citizenship.
Those who do not rejoin the Duchy will have their holdings seized.

Any unauthorized attempts to enter the city or any of its holdings will
be met with forcible removal and temporary enemy status. This enemy
status will be reconcilable after the status of martial law is
withdrawn, further details will be posted when they are relevant. This
policy does not apply to any non-hostile novices or members of
Kinsarmarian guilds.

We request your cooperation in this matter so that we may make the
transition swiftly and without interruption.
