The time has come for me to finally kill your anxiety with the answers
to the questions you've held so close and dear for many months now. It
has come to my attention that you and your brigade of subordinates took
it upon yourself to harass and attack the hunting parties of my city on
various occasions. Giving the flexible reasoning my Council has had,
attempts were made to inquire upon your reasonings for the conflict
raised against our citizens on the hunt and it was mentioned that
Kinsarmar would refuse to hold an open-dialogue with us Demoners in
'honour' of preserving the tradition of those long gone and slain by the
Empire's hand.

You 'purists' of magick may remain inclined to believe such is a
dignified position to take amongst yourselves in relations with us, but
I'm telling you now refusal to keep passive communications with us only
shows that you all are indeed worthless to any present and future goals
you may have set. You were once the enemy, giving an opposable force to
reckon with, but now you have become nothing but prey should this be the
true declaration of status you wish to establish with the Empire.

With that being said, I will allow you three months to consider your
words wisely and respond to me in answering whether this is the stance
your city will be standing upon, or if you will save yourself the
inevitable bloodshed by offering to hold the rejected communications
with us. Otherwise, you may prepare for the coming Wrath of the Storm,
as you are generously surviving within its eye currently.
