A guide to brazen posting

Imperator,

Allow me to impart a few pointers on the art of brazen posting.

1) When making threats, specific or otherwise, it is a very good idea
not to remain in a state of divine grace for any period of time beyond a
few minutes if one wishes to be taken seriously.

2) When making threats, specific or otherwise, it is a very good idea to
make certain that those threats come from a combatant leader capable of
personally and effectively tending to enforcing the threats.

3) When attempting to assert intellectual superiority, it is a very good
idea to make certain that one's mastery of the written word is properly
demonstrated rather than quite publicly shown to be lacking.

4) When attempting any sort of public political maneuvering, be certain
that one has the international political capital to properly command the
respect or, that lacking, the fear of the target audience.

Should you require any other lessons in the arts of leadership and
politics, I will be more than happy to publicly grant them to you in the
future.

Sincerely,
Mathiu

Penned by my hand on the 21st of Ferinus, in the year 544 AD.
