Lands of Aetherius,

I write today to inform you of the Empire's victory in the Northern
lands of Kinsarmar, as of now hostilities shall cease on both sides.
Those who choose to disobey these orders will be executed, and should
repeated offences occur, become exiled to either city-state. Personal
squabbles shall always be present, there is no way to end these.
Organized combat within each others territory will be considered a
breach of the ceasefire, and shall not be condoned by either governing
Council. In the event this happens, negotiation will come first, then
slaughter.

The Empire has made simple demands, and in turn the Duchy has supplied
them, surrender unto our Imperator along with surrender of the Spear of
Nathariel.
