but it seemed the easiest way to convey the message.

Citizens of the Frozen Pines,

For years, our Precepts allowed your presence out of a deep seeded
respect for the Sunjackal bloodline and mutual respect between our two
councils. I am sorry to say that the time has come to part with such a
tradition. Too long have you plagued our borders and trade routes while
your leaders and merchants relished in the prosperity of Khandava's
bounty. As of now the Redwood Council shall treat your citizens as you
treat ours, those found within our borders shall be charged with
trespassing and immediately branded an enemy. Please consider this your
warning.
