Tidings, Aetherians,

These past months have been tumultuous for all of us as slivers of
shadow and chartreuse were cast about these lands for mere mortals to
recover. This past month has been harder than the last, when the Lady
Arcane joined the fight for Ki, raising the tree within the redwoods to
spread particles of light in attempt to take the Sun for magick's own
purposes. It has been a time of many deaths as we war over one of the
Seven Suns.

The world is struggling to gain power over something that we have no
right to seek or gain. Who is to say what is to come should the natural
balance of life and order--that has existed since the Creator spoke to
bring about these lands, these Gods and Goddesses that we serve--be
disrupted? Who is to say that Ki will not destroy us all in the hands of
magickers or demoners?

For the realm of one God to be questioned, stolen, twisted and shaped
into something unknown to these lands--Lord Baar without a seventh sun
in his domain, and Lady Nemesis or Lady Eloweth with Their Own false
creations hovering over the Khandava Forest, the Vardarian Highlands, or
the city of Stavenn--brings into the question the existence, the value
of all our Pantheon. Be your Patron any One of the Divine, what is to
say their existence is nothing if we mortals can so easily twist Their
fate?

It is not our place.

I do not write this out of love, respect, or honour for the Suns or the
Lord and His realm. I write to all of you--the villagers of Ithaqua, the
citizens of Antioch and Kinsarmar, the people of Khandava and Celidon,
and even to the citizens of Stavenn--requesting you mind my warning.
Beware the greed of a power you cannot fathom.

It is not the place of mortals to dare claim the realm of a God for
their own. The Sun is not ours for the taking, even in the name of the
Red Maiden or the Lady Arcane.

Listen to my words, or I fear we all may burn.
