If you are not currently and do not aspire to be a guest of the
Stavennite Empire, I encourage you to skip these words as they do not
apply to you. The Ephor Council of Stavenn has ruled that the time has
come to end the policy of guests residing among us. From henceforth
those who do not employ the professions native to the Saboteurs,
Diavlous, Noctusari, Malignists or Limorasi will no longer be tolerated
within the Empire. Those who do wear those professions but choose to
reside outside our walls will likewise be barred from entry.

All those of non-demonic professions who are already guests of the
Empire will be given a chance to remove their money from our bank, their
companions from our various stables and will be given ample time to
vacate the Empires lands or find Stavennite professions and apply for
citizenship before they are branded as foes.
