Dear Illyrion,
Whoever you are? For someone that really is quite young and someone I've
never seen within the walls of Antioch, you sure "think" you know a lot
about Antioch. I will kindly and with great patience try to explain
things to you, I realize your mind may be a bit slow, with the magick
seeping inside your brain, but I'll certainly give it an effort.
First off, I don't recall Antioch "losing" to anyone. Additionally, your
History is a bit "off" - in regard to the reasons you made up as to why
the first settlers of Antioch left Stavenn. To begin with, those that
left did not "lose" power as you claim, but left because the taint of
magick took over the minds and souls of those living there, leaving
nothing but delusional, empty shells that used to be people.
Now, before you go and get all angry, I want you to reach deep inside
yourself, where there is that non-magick user just trying to get out of
an afflicted mind. Use what remains of your senses and hear this -
Antioch left Stavenn because of the taint that affected the majority of
the people. Of course, you won't see or truly understand this, because
you are afflicted
those of us that are not can only sympathize with your delusional state
and hope that one day, you'll see the light.
Now then, the matter at hand, which involves "Antioch" attacking
Christoph. First off, one person attacked Christoph, not the whole City.
Just as you have Citizens of Stavenn that attack and kill any and all
that do not follow their beliefs, this does not mean the "whole" of
Stavenn has attacked and killed. If this were the case, then I would
have to go back and add up all the times "your" City killed those of
Antioch. Group you altogether as one person and claim, Stavenn killed so
and so on this date, Stavenn killed so and so on this date and so forth.
I find it oddly humorous that every time a citizen of Antioch kills
someone, it is the entire City that gets blamed for it, or a Citizen
that destroys totems
the whole City gets accused of it. The individual actions of our
Citizens are not the actions of the City. How complicated is that to
figure out? Even with a magick infected brain, that is quite easy to
reason out. You'll find more Stavennites killing recklessly and raiding
Antioch more so than you'll find any Antiochian raiding or killing
Stavennites. Yet, as a City, we have enough common sense not to blame
the whole City for the actions of a few.
I hope this has cleared up a few things for you, if you have trouble
understanding this, then by all means, send me a tell and I'll repeat it
in simpler terms for you.
