War

Antioch,

The Council of Celidon wages no war against you. We have taken no hostile actions towards your city, and have only fought back when your people stand at our doorstep. The Advisors are against waging a long, pointless war of attrition. The war began with bounties, and bounties have been collected twenty-fold. For all the obelisks and outposts attacked and taken throughout the years, there has never been a war waged for it, nor should there be wars waged over them.

We issue no provocations, and no ill intent towards your citizens.
